Proven track record of driving success through innovative strategies and operational excellence. Armed with a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Project Management, James excels in leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance performance.

James has a history of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. James ability to adapt to changing environments and commitment to delivering results have consistently positioned him 0as a valuable asset in achieving both short-term and long-term objectives. Susan Austin

Susan Austin

Co-Founder & CPO

A highly self-motivated individual, with a broad range of experience over a number of diverse industries ranging from Customer care, debt recovery and across the last 8 years all aspects of Independent Film Production management.

Susan has proven organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and work independently, while anticipating operational and team needs. My strengths lie in forming and retaining long-term strong relationships with the teams I have formed ie. Census Area supervisor | Film Producer.

Her passion and love of reading, has included proof reading and providing feedback for many scripts and most recently completing a BETA read for a well-known UK Writer.
